Alumni, Community, Students – You are invited to register today for “Propelling Your Career for the New Decade” – a three part professional development series led by industry professionals, influencers and scholar practitioners, designed to level up your skills and knowledge to enhance your career advancement in the workforce.

In this session, you will leave with the insights, tools and increased knowledge to design a LinkedIn portfolio to capture the attention of recruiters, industry leaders and 1st degree connections.

  • In this session, you will leave with the insights, tools and increased knowledge to design a LinkedIn portfolio to capture the attention of recruiters, industry leaders and 1st degree connections.

  • Sat, Mar 14th – 11am – 2pm |  “Mastering the Interview and Negotiation”

Interviewing and negotiation can be daunting and overwhelming. In this session, attendees will gain inside knowledge and strategies to master their next interview and negotiation process.  

  •  Sat. Apr 4th – 11am – 2pm |  “Making the Most of Your Earnings”

Now that you have landed or still working toward your dream job, how do you plan to meet your financial goals and objectives for success?  This workshop session will cover financial planning, budgeting, saving and investing for future goals – whether that is purchasing a house or creating a retirement fund.

 Where:  Peralta Community College District Boardroom  333 East 8th Street, Oakland, CA
