Chancellor's Trophy Award
Peralta Colleges Foundation enthusiastically supports the students at Peralta Colleges, sharing scholarship opportunities to ease the financial burden and allow students more time to focus on studying. We are proud of Crystal and the excellence she personifies as she represents Berkeley City College and Peralta Colleges. We wish Crystal and all Peralta students all the success as they continue their pursuit of higher education and career goals.
To be considered for the Chancellor’s Trophy Award, students must apply for the President’s Medallion Award by completing the Peralta Colleges Foundation Scholarship Application located on the scholarship portal, https://pcf.scholarships.ngwebsolutions.com/. The application is open from October 1st – March 1st each year.
Each campus President Medallion Award recipient (at Berkeley City College, College of Alameda, Laney College & Merritt College) will be considered for the Chancellor’s Trophy Award.

Juliette Breen
- I am so grateful and proud to have been recognized with this achievement. With this scholarship, I am able to buy my own laptop which was previously a significant barrier, and it will support me in my first months of college so that I can work fewer hours and invest more in my academics and community. I am transferring to UC Berkeley to study Cognitive Science and Data Science. Following that I plan to begin a career within the field of AI and ClimateTech. To me this award is not just a huge honor, but a responsibility and commitment. I know that there were other really deserving candidates and that it was hard to make a choice. I commit to pay this honor forward and to work to empower others.
